Rich Naccarato
Owner, Vice President of Cleaning
Rich Naccarato, one of the three partners, has over 18 years
of experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. Rich
has an extensive background in the field of sales and marketing.
He attended Western Connecticut State University and has earned
trade certifications from: Indoor Air Quality Association,
Successful Subrogation, Stone and Tile Restoration, EnviroMold,
Unsmoke Systems, Water Loss Institute, and the National Institute
of Disaster Restoration. Rich also completed
Steven Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People class. Rich considers his biggest accomplishment
to be his 16 year marriage and three beautiful children. His
hobbies include going on meaningless rides on his new Harley and collecting movie
memorabilia; especially anything related to James Bond or
the Rat Pack. Rich loves golf (although golf does not love him) and he also collects classic model cars.
Bill Leone, B. S., Biology, CR
Owner, CEO
Bill Leone, one of the three partners, has over 20 years of
experience in the specialized field of disaster restoration
and reconstruction. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science Degree
from Boston College in 1988. Since then, Bill has developed
an extensive background in both residential and commercial
construction, sales, and business development. Bill has been
awarded the designation Certified Restorer (CR) from The National
Institute of Disaster Restoration. To name a few, Bill has
also earned certifications in: Mold Remediation; Fire and
Water Loss Technology; Subrogation; Unsmoke System; and, Ultra
Sonic Cleaning. Bill has obtained guidance and professional
development from many of the top trainers in the industry
and is a graduate of Dale Carnegie, Tom Hopkins, Tony Robbins
and Steven Covey. Bill enjoys coaching youth football in Madison,
riding motor-cross, traveling, and spending time with his
family. He has been restoring his family's old farm house
for the past 5 years.
Bob Sorensen, B.S., Construction Management
Owner, Vice President of Finance
Bob Sorensen, one of the three partners, has over 20 years
of experience in the construction industry with a Bachelors
Degree in Construction Management from Central Connecticut
State University. Bob regularly attends various leadership,
project management, motivational, and industry specific seminars
to enhance his knowledge and gain further insight into leadership
and employee development. Bob has earned certifications in:
Mold Remediation, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Electronics Cleaning,
Unsmoke Systems for Odor Removal, Water Mitigation, and Restoration
Technology. In addition, Bob is a member of The Journal of
Light Construction and Business Networks. His hobbies include:
drag racing, hockey, snowmobiling, water skiing, snow boarding,
coaching, and restoring late model cars. From his business
to his personal life, Bob is passionate about the quality
and workmanship required to redesign and restore anything
that is damaged back to its original beauty.
