PROCEDURE FOR A LOSS:
- Loss is received by the office either from the insured, insurance company,insurance agency, or adjuster via fax, email or phone call.
- The assignment is transferred to our customer service department and all information is immediately entered into our database.
- All emergencies are directly sent to the pertinent production department. All other jobs are assigned to an estimator.
- The estimator then contacts the customer and the necessary steps are taken to handle the loss.
- Customer service then contacts the referring company with a status report within 24 hours of receiving the loss, informing them about the status of the loss at that point.
United Cleaning and Restoration handles all claims, no matter what size, efficiently and accurately. After the original estimation is complete, the job begins. Our team of estimators, crews, customer service and marketing is in constant contact with the insured and the insurance company or adjuster. We continue this until the customer is satisfied and the job is complete. After all, one call really does it all.
