Tunnel to Towers Run
United Cleaning & Restoration organizes buses for Connecticut firefighters to attend the NYC 9/11 Memorial Tunnel to Towers Run. Stephen Siller was a New York City firefighter that was ending his evening shift and driving through the Brooklyn tunnel when he heard the news that the first tower fell. He pulled over in the tunnel, put his 75 pound gear on, and ran back the 3 miles where he lost his life when the second tower fell. For the past 8 years, firefighters from all over the world have been re-creating his journey through the tunnel to Ground Zero.

Join UCR & Stone Insurance Agency for our 1st Annual Teddy Bear Drive!
On Saturday, June 13, 2009, United Cleaning & Restoration and Stone Insurance Agency hosted our First Annual Teddy Bear Drive to benefit Project Smile. Project Smile is a non-profit group that provides comfort items for police and fire departments to give to children involved in traumatic situations.

UCR's Oktoberfest 2009
On Thursday, October 15, 2009 UCR brought back our famous Oktoberfest party / Bob Livieri's retirement party with a smile on our faces! The party began early in the evening and lasted well into the night: the night was a hit among our employees and guests alike!
